The Prinz Law Office is actively involved in professional organizations, which have been instrumental in shaping the law as it relates to cyberspace and e-commerce, including the Cyberspace Committees of the Business Section of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and the California State Bar, the VOIP Committee of the Science and Technology Section of the ABA, the Copyright Committee of Intellectual Property Owners Association (“IPO”), and the Copyright Licensing Subcommittee for the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Section (“IPL Section”). The significant contributions of firm founder and E-Commerce Practice Head Kristie Prinz in the e-commerce space make her an excellent resource for companies grappling with web-related issues.
