Biography
The Prinz Law Office was founded in 2004 by Kristie Prinz, following the closing of the intellectual property firm, Pennie & Edmonds, LLP, where she was employed in the Palo Alto Office in the IP licensing and biotech transactions group. In founding The Prinz Law Office, Kristie sought to create a boutique business law practice focusing on IP licensing, tech transactions and life science transactions that could carry on the high-level, global technical transactional practice of her former law firm. The Prinz Law Office has subsequently expanded from Silicon Valley into San Francisco, the Southern California markets of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, as well as into the Southeastern tech hub of Alpharetta and has added other technical practice areas such as software, SaaS, digital health, copyright and trademark law.
