Benefits of Fractional Services
The Prinz Law Office makes available fractional legal services to clients who have a predictable, recurring monthly or quarterly need for legal services and are seeking ongoing access to those services from skilled outside counsel at a predictable monthly rate.
How do Fractional Services Work?
The firm’s fractional service offerings provide the same high level of service available to our hourly clients but on a fractional rate basis, in which access to the services is reserved for the fractional period by a non-refundable retainer.
All fractional service plans are either month to month or quarter to quarter and can be cancelled at any time, effective as of the end of the current monthly or quarterly period, without any further obligation.
Current Fractional Services Plans
The firm’s current fractional plans are made available in increments of ten hours, starting at the 10 hour level and continuing up to the 90 hour level. The plans are designed to reward the ongoing client relationship with an increasing discount over continually renewing, successive fractional periods. An example of one of our entry-level fractional services plans is as follows:
Bronze Plan ($3750 QR) Secures firm’s availability to perform up to 10 hours of legal services per quarter between hours of 9 to 6 p.m. PT M-F. If firm performs legal services on behalf of client during the quarter, the first 10 hours of services will be billed at a discounted hourly rate of $320/hr that may be further reduced subject to the following: (a)After 3 quarters on plan, hourly rate will be reduced to $300/hr; (b)After 6 quarters on plan, hourly rate will be reduced to $290/hr; (c)After 9 quarters on plan, hourly rate will be reduced to $280/hr (thru 12 quarters). If the firm performs more than 10 hours of legal services during the quarter, any services billed in excess of the 10 hours will be billed at a discounted hourly rate of $725/hr
