Benefits of Subscription Services

The Prinz Law Office makes available services on a monthly and quarterly subscription basis to clients who are uncertain about their ongoing needs but seeking a predictable, recurring relationship with a law firm.

What are Subscription Services?

The firm’s subscription offerings provide the same high level of service available to our hourly clients but on subscription basis.

All subscriptions are either month to month or quarter to quarter and can be cancelled at any time, effective as of the end of the current monthly or quarterly period, without any further obligation.

Current Subscription Service Offerings

The firm’s currently available subscription service options include (but are not limited to) the following:

Monthly Phone-Only Access Subscription Plan
$250/mo

Access between the hours of 4-7 p.m. PT M-F to up two phone calls per month up to 20 min. in length, not to exceed one call per day and subject to schedule availability. Flat fee access to phone calls between hours of 9 a.m.-6:00 p.m. P.T. M-F up to 20 min. long for discounted flat fee of $225 each.

Quarterly Phone-Access Only Subscription Plan
$250/qr

Access between the hours of 4-7 p.m. PT M-F to up two phone calls per quarter up to 20 min. in length, not to exceed one call per day and subject to schedule availability. Flat fee access to phone calls between hours of 9 a.m.-6:00 p.m. P.T. M-F up to 20 min. long for discounted flat fee of $250 each.

Monthly Entrepreneur Subscription Plan
$300/mo

Access to up to one 15 minute phone conference per week for no additional charge between the hours of 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. PT.  Unlimited access to email responses at a discounted flat fee of $125 each.  Access to up to one contract review (not including redlines or revisions) of a contract not to exceed 5 pgs. in length for a discounted fixed fee of $425.  Access to unlimited other attorney services at our standard flat fee rates.

Quarterly Entrepreneur Subscription Plan
$300/qr

Access to up to one 15 minute phone conference per month for no additional charge between the hours of 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. PT.  Unlimited access to email responses at discounted flat fee of $125 each.  Access to up to one review of a contract (not including redlines or revisions) not to exceed 5 pages in length for a discounted fixed fee of $500.  Access to unlimited other attorney services at standard flat fee rates.

Monthly Email-Only Advisory Subscription Plan
$800/mo

Access to up to 5 email responses per month at no additional charge. Unlimited access to additional responses per month for a discounted flat fee of $175 each.

Quarterly Email-Only Advisory Subscription Plan
$800/qr

Access to up to 5 email responses per quarter at no additional charge. Unlimited access to additional responses per quarter for a discounted flat fee of $200 each.

Monthly Videoconference-Only Access Subscription
$900

Access between the hours of 4-7 p.m. M-F to up to three videoconferences per month up to 30 minutes in length, not to exceed one videoconference per day and subject to schedule availability. Flat fee access to videoconferences between 9 to 4 p.m. M-F up to 30 minutes long available for discounted flat fee of $335 each.

Quarterly Videoconference-Only Access Subscription
$900

Access between the hours of 4-7 p.m. M-F to up to three videoconferences per quarter up to 30 minutes in length, not to exceed one videoconference per day and subject to schedule availability. Flat fee access to videoconferences between 9 to 4 p.m. M-F up to 30 minutes long available for discounted flat fee of $355 each.

Monthly Advisory Subscription Plan

Access to up to one 30 minute phone call or videoconference per month between hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT. for no additional charge.  Access to up to 5 email responses per month at no additional charge.  Unlimited access to additional responses per month for a discounted flat fee of $125 each.  Unlimited access to additional 30 minute phone calls or videoconferences per month at discounted flat fee of $325 each between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. PT.

Quarterly Advisory Subscription Plan

Access to up to one 30 minute phone conference or videoconference per quarter at no additional charge between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT.  Access to up to 5 email responses per quarter at no additional charge.  Unlimited responses to additional email responses per quarter at a discounted flat fee of $125 each.  Unlimited access during the quarter to additional 30 minute phone calls or videoconferences for a discounted flat fee of $325 each between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

Monthly Contract Review Subscription Plan

Access to up to 30 minute phone or videoconference per month at no additional charge between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT. Access to up to one review + revisions of a contract per month not to exceed 10 pages in length. Additional pages beyond the 10 pages may be added for an additional cost of $150 per page. No drafting of new clauses or terms is included. Unlimited access to email responses per month at a discounted flat fee of $150 each. Unlimited access during the month to additional 30 minute phone calls or videoconferences for a discounted flat fee of $350 each between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

Quarterly Contract Review Subscription Plan

Unlimited access during the month to additional 30 minute phone calls or videoconferences for a discounted flat fee of $350 each between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

Quarterly Contract Drafting Subscription Plan
